A wonderful and very handsome late Victorian figural hand carved wooden dog from the Black Forest region dating to around 1900.The quality of the carving is excellent with lovely details such as his dog collar and the whisky barrel around his neck.
He is lucky to have retained his two lovely glass eyes.
Excellent condition measuring 7 1/2" tall.
