A magnificent find, a true piece of wall art, this is an impressive hand-carved Black Forest coat / hat stand featuring a beautifully executed Owl to the centre with three substantial pegs.

The Owl is flanked each side with carved Oak leaves he is lucky enough to retain two large glass eyes (a few age hairlines to the glass - insignificant but mentioned purely for accuracy).

An impressive piece spanning 31" x 15" tall x 7 1/2" deep. Victorian in era, dating to c.1890/1900.
