This is a beautiful antique Joshaghan carpet from Central Iran with an attractive colour palette which dates from around 1920. The finely woven rug has a very pretty flower filled warm brick field and has the lattice type layout typical of Joshaghan rugs. This is a quality handwoven woollen carpet in excellent condition which will continue to give years of wear.

It is a really useful good room size measurring 330 cms by 218 cms.
