Description

This is a very appealing Heriz carpet runner from North West Persia which dates from around the early 20th century. It has a warm and cheery colour palette with a rich coral red field enclosed by indigo and ochre multiple borders. The runner is in excellent condition throughout with a good pile and complete ends and selvedges. It is a very useful size measuring 298 cms in length and 89 cms wide.
