Rams Head Antiques

Description

This is a very charming hand painted box which dates from the 19th Century. The naively painted box is in the shape of a house or chapel and features an angel in a pulpit to the lid and Saint David and another angel image to each side.
The box is in very good order retaining all of its original paint there has also been some gilding and just a little of this remains. The box measures 23 cms in height, 21 cms wide and 15 cms deep.
