This is a charming 19th century original watercolour painting dating from around 1830. The painting is of the three masted clipper steamer 'the Hawk', out on choppy seas against a blue sky. It is in great condition with nice strength of colour and is presented in a period burr walnut frame.The picture measures 32 cms by 27 cms overall including the frame.
