Description
This is a very characterful Tekke Turkman carpet dating from the late 19th Century. With a typical Tekke design the carpet features a field of 2 by 12 guls, deep multiple borders and elem borders to each end. The carpet is a beautiful shade of subtle rose pink and with a little wear to the fringes it has a low even pile and looks very stylish down.This measures 204 cms by 115 cms.
