Description

This is a good quality solid mahogany chest of drawers in lovely clean condition dating from around 1880.

The chest has a very good colour and nice patina throughout and has its original set of turned handles with mother of pearl insets and is raised on its original turned tulip feet. The drawers are dovetail jointed and all run smoothly and freely in the cabinet.

This is a very practical piece with a lot of storage and is ready for years of service.

The chest measures 87 cms high to the surface and 98 cms high to the top of the rear frieze by 102 cms wide by 49 cms deep.
