Description

This is an excellent quality Regency rosewood bookcase in super condition dating from around 1835. The crossbanded top has a quadruple reeded moulding to the front edge with stylish ormolu star motif to the front frieze. It is fitted with two adjustable, multi positional shelves with all the original solid brass supports. The bookcase has elegant turned pillars to front in solid rosewood and it is raised on handsome solid rosewood reeded bun feet.

Superb original condition.

The piece measures 88 cm high, 94 cm wide, 41 cm deep.
