Antique Mother of Pearl Lidded Jewellery Box

Description
This is a pretty antique mother of pearl jewellery box dating from around 1900.The box has a deep purple velvet lining in lovely clean condition and a useful mirror to the lid.
The box has a working silver button catch and a silver cartouche unengraved set in the sarcophagus shaped lid.
The mother of pearl has a lovely iridescence and colour and this is a useful size measuring 15 cms wide 10 cms deep by 4.5 cms high.
