Pair of Italian Carved Giltwood Cherub Wall Candle

Description
This is an attractive pair of hand carved Italian giltwood wall candle sconce in good condition dating from around 1860. The carved cherubs hold torches aloft with their arms outstretched with metal spikes on the trays to receive the candles.These are hand painted and gilded and have a great charm.
The wall sconce are a good size measuring 72 cms high 25 cms wide by 30 cms deep.
