A fine quality French Kingwood and floral marquetry bombe commode chest in absolutely stunning condition circa 1860. The chest has a magnificent colour and perfect patina with beautiful gilt ormolu decoration throughout. The three drawers are lined in solid oak and run freely in the cabinet and the beautifully figured rouge marble top is in stunning, immaculate condition .The chest has attractive proportions measuring 88 cms high 72 cms wide by 40 cms deep.
