Description

This is a lovely Victorian antique leather four fold screen with beautiful designs to the hand painted polychrome panels. The screen has a slightly arched shape to the four folding sections with studded leather panels. The screen dates from the aesthetic, late Victorian period, circa 1900 and is beautifully decorated with fruit flowers acanthus leaves and birds. This is in good overall condition with some age related restorations. The studded panels each measure 54 cms in width and the screen is 173 cms high.
