Description
This is a good quality early 19th century Regency period door stop in excellent condition dating from around 1820.The door stop is in good quality solid brass which has a lovely colour and antique patina. The casting depicts a large harvest basket with fruit and flowers and the handle formed as entwined wheat ears.
This is a good size measuring 36 cms by 17 cms wide.
