Description
This is a pretty early 20th century silk rug in excellent condition dating from around 1930. The hand woven silk has a fine detail due to the high knot count. The carpet has a central lozenge design within a coral flower filled field and pretty turquoise blue colour to the spandrels which are framed by multiple borders.The carpet measures 195 cms by 122 cms.
