Early Victorian Silver Fusee Pocket Watch
London 1840
Movement signed Trendell, Reading.
Casemaker George Hammon.
Approximate dimensions: diameter excluding chain ring 49.9mm, weight 114.8 grams.
The case shows the watch has been used a lot as the engine turned design is rubbed smooth over most of the case back and around the edge.
Vacant cartouche.
Please note the faint hairline, which goes from the 5 to centre of seconds dial and then to 8, shown on the photos. It is barely visible when the glass is closed.
The gold coloured hands are in very good condition.
Key wound and key handset, key supplied.
Serviced and working well.
Movement guaranteed for 12 months.
