Silver Albert And Earlier Silver Fob
Birmingham 1973
Maker: probably W. J. Sutton Ltd, Vyse Street, Birmingham.
Maker's mark and hallmark on T-bar and clasp.
The lion passant is only on a couple of places on the chain which is the modern practice unlike the older chains where it is on every link.
The much earlier silver fob's hallmark is rubbed and illegible apart from the maker's mark which is William Adams Ltd, Barr Street, Birmingham.
Approximate dimensions length 33cm with 4cm for the fob, total weight 29 grams.
