Top wind and hands pin set.
To set the hands to the time, push in the pin on the edge of the case with your nail and turn the winder.
To view the movement, lever open the back cover and then the inner dust cover with your thumb/finger nail.
There are surface marks associated with normal use and age especially on the glass.
The dial is in very good condition with no hairlines.
The case hinges are both in very good condition..
The engine turned design on the case is still prominent with rubbing showing only around the edge.

Movement serviced and in good working order.
Movement guaranteed for 12 months.
This would have been one of the last movements to be made by Benson before they were bombed in WW1. After this, they ceased production and imported movements from Switzerland.
