Beautifully detailed with plates in colour after Shirley Slocombe, and numerous illustrations selected and arranged by the author. The set are third editions, published in 1938 by The Medici Society Limited in conjunction with Lawrence & Bullen Limited and printed T A Constable, Edinburgh – Printers to His Majesty.The books remain to this day an essential reference guide for dealers and collectors of antique furniture and would be a superb addition to any book collection.
