Delightful and unusual stencilled and painted Arts & Crafts glove box with a raised gesso decoration to all sides and a motto which goes all the way around the box which reads
"A woman's hand is moulded by nature to give elegance of form to a kid glove" Gorgeous Knox style flowers to top.
Height 7cms. Width 32cms. Depth 11cms.
Much better in the flesh than the images.
There is minor loss of gesso in a few places and the finish has become a little rough.
