Description

Unusual Arts & Crafts coat rack with two large and three small hooks.
The frame, hooks and decorative overlay in made of cast iron.
The design of trees, sailing ships and seagulls is quite delightful and very stylish. Unlike many coat racks the pattern is not covered when coats are hung. The backing is thin wood. There are four screw holes to attach it to the wall.
Height 43cms to base of hooks. Width 61cms. Depth at hooks 9cms
Offered in good condition with minor discolouration to wood.
Most probably German or Austrian of origin.
