Unusual Arts & Crafts pewter and brass charger

Description
A very unusual and stunning Arts & Crafts charger made with brass border and pewter centre well with a stylised heart shaped flower on a stem with leaves. This has applied brass decoration over thepewter attached with copper studs.It has a strong hook to the reverse for hanging.
The excellent work is very much in the style of Norman and Ernest Spittle but bears no markings. It is quite heavy and offered in good condition and possible unique.
The diameter is 44cms with a depth of 2cms.
