Description
Lovely Arts & Crafts copper lidded jug made by Newlyn. This is an early and excellent quality piece with deep relief showing a fish to each side and a shell to centre front. The wicker handle is complete and this item is offered in excellent condition.Newlyn were not required to mark their work until 1908 and the earlier made items were of better quality that later more commercial ones.
Height 25cms. Diameter at base 11cms.
