Description

An unusual Arts & Crafts reclining chair which also has a rocking movement. The seat itself rocks inside the frame and has a wooden
peg to hold it in place when stability is required.
Believed to be American, this chair had a heavy well sprung base and a padded back cushion upholstered in a William Morris fabric.
The upholstery is good and firm but the fabric shows some fading and has a slight stain to seat. The back rod can be adjusted from an upright to more relaxed seat.
