Description

Arts & Crafts oak armchair with pierced yin-yang cutouts to front and sides. This design was retailed by Goodyer's of Regent Street.
A loose cushion sits on the frame done in a William Morris design.
Upholstery shows some wear. There are several variations of this model, some have a drop in seat and some have a cushion that sits on a wooden frame. Some have yin-yang piercings whilst others have
spades and hearts.
Offered in good condition however there is a historic split to one side as this was a design fault with these chairs and often happens but the chair remains firm.
Height 85cms. Width at front of arms 58cms. Depth 59cms. Seat height 42cms.
