A very scarce walking stick made of bamboo concealing a horse measuring ruler measuring in hands or metric, the brass arm that comes up to reach out to the horses shoulder has the small leveling bubble missing, hall marks for the date are rubbed but made circa 1890, still a very cool item to have at a horse fair or show.
