Description
One of three late 19th century Josiah Wedgwood & Sons ‘Game Series’ tiles I have for sale.Large size tile decorated with the image of a nesting woodcock with eggs in the undergrowth. Impressed maker’s mark to reverse.
In good condition with edge nibbles, crazing, surface marks commensurate with age.
Measures 8 x 8 inches (20.3 x 20.3 cm)
