This sweet antique fold-over table dates from c.1905. It is constructed from mainly solid mahogany with santinwood cross-banded and string inlay around the upper apron and fold-over top. The top folds open and swivels around to reveal a green baize games surface underneath. It is supported on elegant tapering legs with side stretchers. A lovely piece of small elegant proportions.

Condition Overall this handsome piece is in good usuable condition, with some wear consistent with age and use. There is some light scuffing and wear to the woodwork as might be expected, and the piece is overall slightly faded. There is some scratching and denting to the fold-over top. There is some marking, staining and wear to the baize, and the baize is starting to split at the centre crease.
