Artist - Bernard Gotch (1876-1986), a British watercolour artist best known for his paintings of the buildings and streets of Oxford.

Title - Bull Drove - Misty Morning

Medium - Watercolour

Details - Hazy rural scene. No visible signature. Mounted and framed in a more modern frame. Titled on the back of the frame. Also noted on the back of the frame is: 'Bought from Mary Gotch around 1975'.

Condition - Overall in fair condition. May be faded, although this effect may have been intentional by the artist, we are not sure. There are unfortunately a few heavy spots of foxing to the picture. The frame and mount are in good clean condition. The frame has some scuffing and wear. The picture has moved in the frame.

Frame - 54.5cm by 44cm, 2cm deep.
