Antique 14" Bisque-Head Armand Marseille Baby Doll

Description

This sweet bisque-head doll dates from c.1910. She has A.M. Germany 351/31/2.K' moulded into the back of her head. She has a bisque head with glass sleeping eyes, and an open mouth with two teeth. She has a jointed five-piece composition body with bent limbs. She is wearing a vintage vest and knickers.

Condition: Overall in good condition with some wear consistent with age. She is overall quite grubby and would benefit from a careful clean. There are some marks to her head and some scuffing around her neck. There is some slight scuffing and paint loss to her eye lids. There is some chipping around the neck socket of her composition body. Her arms and legs are grubby and have some wear around the joints. Her vintage underclothes have some wear and discolouration consistent with age. Her knickers have some fraying.
