Description

This attractive chaise dates from c.1890. It has an oak show frame with turned spindle supports to the arm-rest. The chaise is supported on turned legs. It has a nice style and shape, but requires re-upholstery and repolishing. The upholstery is not original.

Condition: Overall this could be a lovely piece, but it would benefit from being re-upholstered and re-polished. The frame is scuffed and worn and there is some movement in the joints. The castors are missing. The seat of the chaise is sunken and requires attention. The upholstery is dated, very dirty and worn and has some areas of fraying.

The approx. measurements are as follows:
Overall - 72cm high, 184cm long, 66cm wide (to maximums) 33cm high to seat.
