A very fine quality hand carved marble bust of the veiled Virgin Mary after the original by Giovanni Strazza 1818 - 1875 on a black polished marble base and signed "A. Filli Firenze" and also another name as shown. Thought to be 19th century and in excellent condition.DateMid 19th Century :
