A fine Early Silver Pair Cased Verge -Fusee pocket watch with full Hallmarks for London 1815
In excellent age condition the watch is in working order and keeping good time for a watch of this age, Watchmaker famous Charles Seymour London maker from 1750, case made by Job William Palmer also London Maker , Both cases match and are still in fine condition with press button on the side , case hinge all fine
The fusee movement in very clean and working fine with a strong tick ,takes a full wind
Beautiful engraved balance cock and makers name engraved
The white enamel dial still in remarked condition for a watch of this age 205 years old without cracks or chips , with bullseye crystal glass does have age scratch marks but really for its age acceptable and original,
Comes with watch key to wind and set the hands from the front
With two old watch repairs labels from watchmaker from Rotherfield East Sussex
Watch size outer case 57 mm diameter inner case 49mm diameter
This watch been in the same family in Sussex for over 100 year and very well looked after
all original English hand made pocket watch in excellent condition
