An immaculate George V period solid 9ct gold half hunter pocket watch, hallmarked Birmingham 1931. The solid 9ct gold case with engraved and enamelled Roman numerals set around a small central view window to allow the time to be red without opening, polished double covers to the rear and hanging loop to the top the winding crown set within the loop. The front cover opening to reveal a white enamel dial with Roman numerals and blued steel hands, subsidiary seconds dial set to the bottom of the dial. Bears the retailers name H Samuel, Manchester to the dial. The rear covers opening with Swiss made 18 jewel movement set behind. Sat in the original velvet lined leather cloth presentation case. Fully serviced and working, presented in immaculate condition with a deep shine. Measures 2" diameter x 0.5" deep.
