Description

Fabulously quirky candle extinguisher or snuffer from the Royal Worcester factory. It's a pun on the nickname of the famous opera singer, Jenny Lind, who was known as the Swedish Nightingale, and modelled as a woman singing with a birds head. This one is called "Confidence" and is the companion piece to "Diffidence", also on my listings. It's in excellent condition with no damage or restoration. It has the date code for 1955. Stands 4 1/2" tall.
