Description

This lovely sewing set has French marks for gold dating it to the very early 19th century. All the pieces appear to be original and fit the recesses in the case perfectly. The red morocco case has a cream velvet lining and a mirror in the lid. The set comprises a needle case, thimble, scissors. bodkin, a tiny cut glass scent bottle and a combination pencil/toothpick. In excellent condition throughout. The case measures approximately 4 1/4" x 2 1/2".
