This Charming Regency Mahogany Secretaire Chest is in great working condition featured with Reeded Three Quarter Columns with lovely turned feet, below a matching Cross Banded Edge top with Ebony stringing inlay and rich colour and Patina. The chest has Three Graduated Drawers of Dovetailed construction with Ebony Edge Detailing, sat below a Fall Front Top Drawer with good working hinges, stays and catches, revealing a leather Writing Surface, Six Pigeon Holes, Two Vertical Drawers, One Central Cupboard with Key, Three Graduated Drawers at either end and a central Letter Keep. The Four Main Drawers are fitted with Brass Escutcheons' and Lovely Oval handles and the Top Drawer has a Lock to which there is a Key. This Secretaire is of great compact proportions and not to overpowering as many can be, making it any ideal addition to any room in the home or business.
