This Wonderful Victorian Compact Mahogany Chest of Drawers is of lovely Proportions and in great condition with a Rectangular Ogee edged Top with a Cove Moulding below, flowing into Two Small Drawers and Two Graduated Drawers Below, all of Dovetailed Construction and running smoothly, fitted with Brass Escutcheon's and Locks to which there is a Key, and Lovely Original Turned Wooden Knob Handles. The Bottom Blanket Drawer is Deep, with the false Plinth and moulding decoration incorporated in the Drawer Front Construction, thus giving extra Storage Space when opened. Below the Plinth Base the Chest sits upon Four round Pad Feet. All in all a great piece of Practical Furniture of perfect proportions and not to overpowering as some chests of drawers can be.
