This Superb Victorian, Later Painted, Mahogany Glazed Bookcase is in great Condition with a Decorative Cornice sat above Two Arched Glazed Doors with Original Glass adorned with decorative Mouldings and Flanked by Reeded Columns, opening to reveal Three Adjustable Shelves. The Top is seperate for Easy Transportation and sits above a Base with Two Drawers fitted with brass decorative handles, above Two Doors Below again adorned with Decorative Mouldings flanked by Reeded Columns, opening to Reveal a Fitted Shelf. The Bookcase has been Professionally Painted several coats with a Top Coat a Paris Grey Colour, Distressed, and given that lovely aged look using many different Brush Techniques, and finally Waxed to finish. The Top and Bottom doors have their Original drop catch latches and Both can be locked as there is a Key for Each. This really is a Lovely Piece with many uses great for storing those books, toys, ornaments etc.
