This Charming 19th Century Oak Linen Press is in great condition having Two Panelled Doors to the top section sat below a domed frieze and lower moulding, each with its own working lock and key, opening to reveal a converted Interior of a Hanging Rail to the left and fixed Shelves to the right. Sat below the doors, the base section has Two small Drawers above Two Large Graduated Drawers, all of Dovetailed construction and run smoothly, fitted with Brass Escutcheons and Lovely Brass Lions Head Ring handles, all coming to rest on Bracket Feet. The top section lifts off the Bottom section for easier transportation.  There are some shrinkage movements in the side panels as can be expected with things of age and some evidence of old worm holes that has been treated.The Linen Press just Oozes Character and Charm with a lovely Patina and colour.
