Description

One of the most iconic, stylish and important teapot designs of all time!

This Christopher Dresser new reproduction of his famous teapot is manufactured in England. It is of superb quality and mirrors beautifully those produced to Mr Dressers design by James Dixon & Sons in the late Victorian era (circa 1880). Heavily silver-plated this teapot has a rhombus form with a like-shaped space through the centre. It is supported by four long post feet and has a proud and tall finial to the integral lid. The spout, square in shape, is balanced beautifully by the industrial stylings of the handle which is of ebonised wood.
An absolutely wonderful piece, genius in its design.
