Description

A true pair of antique Victorian satin walnut bedside cabinets or pot cupboards dating to c.1860. Each with rounded corners and a galleried top above an arched panelled door enclosing a single shelf and on a plinth base. The doors have rollerballs to the top and are fitted with locks with keyholes on the side.

These lovely cupboards have a striking grain and are structurally sound. There is no key to the locks but the rollerballs keep the doors closed, they both have various marks and discolouration commensurate with age and the polish is dead/rough on parts of the sides.
