Description

An attractive set of twelve Jacobean revival oak high back dining chairs. The padded backs surrounded by pierced carved fruit and foliage with ball finials and barley twist uprights, front legs and stretcher, with drop in padded seats.

In good condition and recently refurbished with minor traces of old polish in the carvings, the wood a mid honey oak colour with some quarter sawn (tiger) grain, appear recently recovered with new seat pads in a neutral cream/light golden coloured self patterned velvet with close nailed upholstery studs to the back. A few minor dents and marks consistent with age and use and some creases to the upholstery.
