Description

An unusual example of a whisky noggin. The solid sterling silver rim is hallmarked for Birmingham 1904, with the maker's mark of A Bromet & Co.

The noggin is a lightly facetted conical shape with a flattened spherical stopper. There is a very small crack inside the glass neck, just below the silver rim. It is smooth to the touch, is 1.5cm in length and is reflected in the reduced price. The rest of the glass is in excellent condition.

The whisky label is solid sterling silver, hallmarked for Birmingham 1937, with the maker's mark of John Grinsell & Sons.

This noggin is one of a pair I have listed but I have split them because of the damage.

Dimensions:
Height: 11.5cm
Diameter of Base: 6cm
Width (including handle): 7cm.
