Description

This is a wonderful example of a solid sterling silver Lemon Strainer, dating from the reign of George 11.

It is hallmarked for London 1740, with the maker's mark of George Greenhill Jones. Circular in design with a pierced scroll bowl and handle, it is in very good condition for an item over 260 years old.
