Description

For sale today we have this super example of an Arts & Crafts jug by Robert Wallis Martin. This charming piece features a deeply incised design of stylised scrolling foliage to it's entirety. The jug is glazed to a bright blue, pale blue, turquoise and green colourway.

Stands 21cm tall. Incised to the base 134, RW Martin, Southall. Based on this we can narrow the production date down to 1878-79.
