For sale today we have this superb example of an early Doulton Lambeth art pottery jug by Frank A Butler. This charming example features an all over incised design of scrolling foliage against a textured ground, further highlighted with beadwork borders. The collar has a stiff leaf border while the handle is banded with circle detailing.

Stands an impressive 9 1/2" x 4 3/4". Stamped Doulton Lambeth oval mark along with incised FAB for Butler. Dated 1875.

In excellent condition being free from any chips, cracks or repairs- guaranteed.
