For sale today we have this stunning Arts and Crafts lustre bowl by Richard Joyce for Pilkingtons Royal Lancastrian. Of tapering form, the inner well is decorated with Fleur de Lys style leaf forms, inverted hearts and a central red roundel to the base. Externally, we have formal borders of hearts, both regular and inverted. Coloured yellow, ochre, red and finished with a strong gold lustre.

18cm wide x 8cm tall, fully marked to Richard Joyce. C1910.

No chips, cracks or repairs, some light glaze scratches.
