An enchanting Scottish assayed solid gold swallow locket which dates to 1910. This solid gold keepsake pendant is presented on an elegant 18 inch necklace so that it can be worn immediately. This piece was crafted by W H Collins & Co. at the end of the Edwardian era. The front is ornamented with a swallow and floral motifs. The swallow has been the lucky talisman for travellers for centuries. The back is decorated with a garland of flowers. The pendant will hold two portraits or photographs. The portrait protectors, paper backings and right hand frame are present.
