A really lovely unused gold plated Stratton brand compact mirror which was crafted in the 1970s. This splendid accessory is presented in the original box with the original felt pouch, puff, sifter gauze and inspection docket. The lid resembles a basket weave design fashioned from gleaming gold plated gilding metal. The whole item is in superb condition.

The compact is ideal for use with all loose foundation and also standard sizes (67 mm diameter) of pressed face powder. The hinge and clasp work perfectly. The mirror gives a good clear reflection. The Stratton Mini-Convertible compact is signed Stratton MADE IN ENGLAND. Measures 3 inches diameter. Weighs 73.8 grams.
